MacGuffin's Curse Part 6: Coffee, Coffee, COFFEE!

No news paper for you. We didn't give Judy any evidence so nothing new. We start here and Harvey wants something

No, I like talking to you. GIMME JOB.

A key to Alphonse's treasury! Holy shit this'll be awesome. We can't get there yet but we will.

I can buy things too. Of note one awesome computer giving me two options for the awesome soundtrack and an art book that is part of a extortion racquet. The art is pretty cool though.

Poor Ruby lost her doll.  Fuck the plot, I don't want to see her cry.

And Granny needs us to run to the park anyway.

 Our reward is files.
Pictured: A poorly timed screenshot. Not pictured: text.

With that let's head to the library. WHY IS THERE WATER IN A LIBRARY?

And promptly screw up. The battery is keeping the lasers down. I need the battery on the other side of the lasers. Redo!

There we go. Now let's take the detour right before continuing up.

This puzzle isn't so bad. Just pushing the block onto the proper button to make a bridge for the battery.

Nobody likes you metal box!

 Push button, push block.
Fuck up.

Much better. Pretty simple from here.

Simple puzzle is fun.

Grab safe. We'll be back for coffee later.

There's a book to the left we will also come back for later, but now let's talk to the nice man in the really tall chair.

Yeah we're not getting anywhere. The restricted section is to the right.

Sigh. I hate sliding block puzzles. Redo!

This looks better.

Do a couple laps of the board and that battery will be in the slot in no time.

This puzzle isn't too hard. Just bring the box through the door to the button and it all makes sense.

Look at all the things I can screw up!

Like so!

There we go. Finish it off and on we go.

That's the restricted section. Time for backtracking!

I know that feeling. Anyway we need coffee. You remember that mug we saw earlier? We need four of  those suckers.

Heading up we find this mess.

Straight forward from here. Also I'm developing a hatred for doors.

Hooray this is simple. Snag the safe and the coffee and let's be on our merry way.

This one isn't hard it's just a lot of steps. The panel on the bottom makes another panel by that window.

The window bit can trip you up but it's easy to fix.

Oh boy another one of these. This one took me a bit to figure out exactly how the boxes went. Also it didn't help my first attempt to overlook that the top and bottom half are connected. For some reason I saw two water tiles instead of one.

Shoving yourself into corners is not recommended.

Final answer.

For some reason the screenshots decided to act up so here's the highlight of this puzzle.

Grab the mug, push the blocks, pull the safe and backwards!

Come back to this room and go through the south door to get the final mug. Tere's really nothing besides the mug in there.

Thanks, Drooly!

Here we get two side quests as well. We have overdue books and Grim has the memoirs we need.

This...this looks hard. I'm going to spare you the couple attempts of "Hurff Durff put box directly below battery."

Phew. Glad that's done.

This one is actually simple. Slide the right block next to the other one. Go in and out the top window a couple times to get the battery in position and there you go.

Evidence on the left and palm reading on the right. And what's the evidence we have?

Oh dear. Well not as bad as murder.

Next time: Side Quest for everyone!
